PO IS YOUR BASIC PANDA - enthusiastic, big, a little clumsy - working in his family's noodle shop while fantasizing about his dream job. Instead of prepping vegetables for the secret family recipe, he'd rather be facing down adversaries in a Kung Fu smackdown. But he never quite gets around to acting on his dreams... until, in a strange twist of fate, he is unexpectedly chosen to enter the disciplined world of Kung Fu and study alongside his idols - the legendary fighting force of Tigress, Crane, Mantis, Viper and Monkey - along with the Kung Fu guru himself, Shifu. Before they know it, the vengeful and menacing snow leopard Tai Lung is headed their way, and it's up to Po (whether he believes he can or not) to defend everyone (whether they believe in him or not) from the oncoming threat. Will Po be able to turn his dreams of Kung Fu greatness into reality? The panda puts his heart - and his considerable girth - into the task, and ultimately finds that what he always thought were his greatest weaknesses add up to be his greatest strengths.
