Swedish picture book artist Kristina Digman was born in 1959. After training at various art schools in Sweden, Kristina attended the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. She has worked for many years as an artist and illustrator, concentrating on miniatures inspired by the Middle Ages. She also finds inspiration in nature, often from a very close perspective.
